The terms of use govern the access and use of this site on the Internet, designated in “Infotrust Site” as well as all the pages associated with it. Please read these terms of use carefully before using the Infotrust Website and the services provided. By accessing the Infotrust Website, there is an intention from your point of view regarding these terms of use. In case of non compliance with the terms of use, you must not use the Infotrust Website.

These terms of use are complementary to the specific terms and conditions that apply to the products and services provided by Infotrust. (Infotrust is a trade name used by Infotrust – Informação para Negócios, Lda, registered office at Alameda de Queijas, nº64, Queijas, Oeiras, legal entity number 502661445, registered in Registry of Commerce in Cascais).

Intellectual property rights and ownership of content

  1. All content on the Infotrust Website is intellectual property of Infotrust.
  2. The designation, logo and products of the Infotrust referred on the Infotrust Website are trademarks, service marks, registered trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property of the Infotrust. The User, shall not therefore, use any intellectual property of the Infotrust, without the prior consent of the latter.
  3. Collection of information from the Infotrust site by robotics or other forms of automatic means is not permitted. The Infotrust Website may not be reproduced or distributed in any form without the prior written authorization from Infotrust.

Warrantees and Responsibility

1.Infotrust does not guarantee (i) the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the data and/or programs available on the Infotrust Website, (ii) neither the services provided will meet the specific needs of the User (iii) will be uninterrupted, (iv) the quality of the products, services, information or obtained by the User will meet your expectations.

2.To the extent permitted by law, Infotrust shall not be liable for any accidental, direct or indirect, special or consequential damages or losses caused by the use of the Infotrust website or by the information provided in it, or by any complaints or actions caused against the User.

3.Infotrust will not be liable in any case for damages caused by light fault, whether these are attributable to the Infotrust or to the auxiliaries used by it.

Collection and Processing of personal data

Infotrust undertakes to treat the personal data of the users of its websites to which it has access under the legislation on the protection of personal data (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the European Council of 27 April 2016 on protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and that repeals the Directive 95/46 / EC – General Regulation on Data Protection.

User Content

1.The User will be entirely responsible for the content of any material that enters on the Infotrust website.

2.Infotrust is not responsible for the content of any messages or information entered by Users or others on the Internet, even if the access is made by the Infotrust website.

3.Infotrust reserves the right to review, edit or delete any content that proof is illegal, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.

4.Trough hypertexts or other links, the User may have access to other Internet pages that are not an integral part of the Infotrust website. Infotrust does not assume any responsibility for the content on the pages, and it is up to the User to guarantee the protection of his system against dangerous elements such as virus, worms, Trojans, and other elements of a destructive nature.

Suspension of the Infotrust Website

1.Infotrust may suspend the Infotrust Website or part of it, whenever it detects the need to modify some of the content.

2.Infotrust may also carry out temporary interruptions and modifications to the Infotrust website, resulting from corrections of software problems, improvements of functionalities, general improvements, or even completely new versions in the Infotrust website, in order to improve its performance. Aiming at the maximum satisfaction and benefit to the User.

3.Infotrust use its efforts to minimize the time of suspended access to the Infotrust Website to issue the modifications mentioned in the previous numbers.

Modifications to the Terms of Use

1.Infotrust reserves the right to update and make changes to these Terms of use at any time, with appropriate prior notice.

Law

In order to solve any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the provision of the services provided for in these terms, the User accepts with express renounce of any other dispute, the jurisdiction of the court in the Lisbon region.

Applicable Law

These terms shall be governed by Portuguese Law.
